Kike Oniwinde

Kike Oniwinde is the founder and CEO of BYP Network, a platform that connects black young professionals with each other and corporations. She has an economics degree from the University of Nottingham and a Msc in Management from the University of Florida, where she gained a full Track and Field Scholarship. The idea of BYP Network came after Kike studied abroad and met talented black students who she didn't know existed. Once back in London, the lack of diversity in the workplace coupled with low opportunities to meet others in the city; prompted the idea.

In 2018, Kike was named as a Sky Woman in Technology Scholar, F-Factor Winner, New Entrepreneurs Foundation Winner and named in the Maserati top 100! She was invited to Paris on a business trade mission with London Mayor, Sadiq Khan; won a STEM Trailblazer Batons Award at Houses of Parliament and was invited to meet ex-CEO of Google, Eric Schmidt. Kike is one of the top 100 UK BAME leaders in tech, Forbes 30 under 30 and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
