In 2009 having spent 10 years in the performing arts industry Hannah took nine months out to explore India. When rediscovering yoga in its birthplace, Hannah discovered meditation. After a life-enriching journey, Hannah returned to the UK to complete yoga teacher training to share her new found passion: the pursuit of its goals and the search for inner harmony both mentally and physically.
During the last 10 years of teaching yoga, Hannah has also gained training in mindfulness which she was able to use to work with families with autism and within education. Hannah is passionate about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and has been teaching courses for the past five years for adults with mental health issues that prevent them from working. Hannah has worked alongside the NHS running workshops for staff and service users in the mental health department.
